Scandinavian tour operators get to know Georgia

In order to attract high-spending tourist flows from the Scandinavian countries, the National Tourism Administration of Georgia hosts tour operators as part of a marketing campaign. 9 representatives of Norwegian, Swedish and Danish tourism companies visited Georgia within the framework of cooperation with Air Baltic.

Georgian colleagues met the Scandinavian tour operators organized by the National Tourism Administration. At the meeting held in B2B format, the issues of bringing tourist groups from Northern European countries to Georgia, planning tours and offering packages were discussed. About 40 Georgian tour operators attended the meeting.

As part of the information tour of the National Tourism Administration, Norwegian, Swedish and Danish tour operators visited Gudauri, got acquainted with the preparatory work for the winter season and the hotel infrastructure. Tour participants visited Ananuri, Mtskheta. Tour operators went to Kakheti, where hotels located in Sighnaghi, Gurjaan, Telavi, Tsinandal and Kvareli They visited, got acquainted with local cuisine and wine.
