More than 3,400 flights were canceled in the Middle East

More than 3,400 more flights were canceled today at major airports in the Middle East.

The United Arab Emirates announced that all operations to and from Dubai were suspended until 15:00 UAE time on March 2.

Flights to Tehran, Tel-Aviv, Dubai and other cities were canceled from Georgia, namely Tbilisi and Batumi airports, more than 20 flights in total.

Qatar Airways has announced that it will resume operations after the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority announces the safe opening of Qatari airspace.

Qatar Airways explains that it will release additional information by 9:00 a.m. Doha time on Monday.

According to Etihad, flights to and from Abu Dhabi were suspended until 2 a.m. UAE time on Monday.
