Tbilisi Airport won 5 international awards of ACI

International Council (ACI) awarded Shota Rustaveli Tbilisi International Airport in 5 categories across Europe. 

According to the customer experience survey, Tbilisi Airport was ranked the best in the categories of customer-oriented staff, ease of travel, pleasant departure for passengers, best offer of departure services and cleanliness. These awards were given to Tbilisi International Airport among airports with a passenger flow of up to 5 million.

The Airports Council International (ACI) presents the Customer Experience Awards annually. It is the only global benchmarking program that measures passenger satisfaction while they are at the airport. This method provides the most accurate picture at each stage of the journey.  Each year, customer experience awards are won by airports around the world, & nbsp; which are most positively evaluated by passengers in different components.  In 2025, the Council named the airports with the best results in 6 categories, and Tbilisi Airport won recognition in 5 of these 6. ACI has been collecting the information needed for the analysis for two years.

"Maintaining a high standard of customer experience and receiving international recognition in the face of an unprecedented increase in passenger flow is the result of our team's daily, selfless work, and it is something we are very proud of. This year, we are starting an airport expansion project, according to which the passenger capacity should increase to 10 million. This is a very timely investment.
