The appearance of Saferavi on November 30 in the said calendar means that it is a variety of international importance. Saferavi Day is an emphasis on Georgia. - "Birth of wine" is our cinema, music, theater, painting, but in material culture it is difficult to find a synthesis of all these And Ezi gives us more chance to export our culture and wine is one of the outstanding part of that. 

The most famous meat dish in the world is steak. We want to try to get Saperavi on the air for wine lovers like steak. In addition to other marketing measures, we want to make the play "Birth of Wine" an export product. We think that this play, together with the film we are shooting now, will be exported to as many countries as possible as our cultural product", says Shalva Khetsuriani.

For information, in the world wine calendar, November 30 was designated as Saferavi Day, which is celebrated in 68 member countries of the Association of Sommeliers.
