"Ambassador Island" started the construction of an ultra-modern multifunctional complex, which in its essence carries historical significance, as it is the first building on the island. The said multifunctional complex includes: residential apartments, hotel, heliport, entertainment and health spaces, open and closed pools, fitness centers and branded boutique shops.

"We are at a turning point in the development of the project. The land preparation process is progressing rapidly, and more than half of the total project area, 46.9 hectares, has already been created. In September, 26 hectares of the western peninsula were put into operation. received, and in January we are preparing to put a total of 48 ha of land into operation. In addition, in parallel with the development of the island, large economic processes are underway on "Ambassador Island" - three Development of a large-scale project. We are glad that the agreement between "Ambassador Island" and IG Development has already been signed and they will implement the ultra-modern multi-functional shopping center project, which has no analogues in Georgia," said Gocha Kamkia, General Director of Ambassador Island Batumi.  

The project of the island is implemented by "Ambassador Group" in cooperation with various international companies. "Ambassador Island Batumi", which aims to form two artificial peninsulas and one artificial island on 84 hectares in the sea, is being developed in full compliance with the principles of sustainable development and smart city. The Ambassador Island project has both a touristic and an important economic purpose for the region, which will put Batumi and Georgia in general on the new investment map of the world.
