In November 2025, the Georgian hotel price index decreased by 4.2% annually, the PMC research center publishes information about this.

According to the data of the organization, the largest decrease was observed in Imereti, Kakheti and Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti during the reporting period this year. The average price of a room in November 2025 ranged from 101 GEL to 390 GEL.

"In November 2025, the average price of hotels in family-type hotels was 101 GEL, in 3-star hotels - 144 GEL, and in 4-star hotels - 218 GEL.

In November, the average price of 5-star hotels in Georgia was 390 GEL. The highest average prices were recorded in Tbilisi - 531 GEL, in Kakheti - 451 GEL and in Shida Kartli - 449 GEL.

In November 2025, the price index of 3-, 4- and 5-star hotels decreased by 7.5% compared to the previous month, and the price index of family-type hotels decreased by 3.0%. Overall, hotel price index in November 2025 5.9% decreased compared to October 2025.
